My passion is making business perform better by leveraging the right technology.

My name is Greg Lowe and I've been in the technology services business for over 25 years. I've worked for a variety of companies from startups to Fortune 100 companies.

My strength has always been being able to listen to what people want to do and explain clearly in non-technology terms how they can get it done. I am certain that I can help you improve your business.

I decided to start 802 Technology Services because I love to help people use technology effectively to grow their business and give them more free time to handle other priorities. It's difficult for small businesses to get real advice without committing to a large budget or a complex contract. I wanted everyone to feel they could have a trusted advisor in their corner — whether the challenge is technology, workflows, or figuring out which AI tools are actually worth their time.

I also give back where I can. I've volunteered over 60 hours at a local public library, improving and documenting their technology setup from the ground up. Small organizations with big missions deserve good technology too.
